Social worker turned developer, working in the space between design and development. Next.js, Shopify headless/Liquid, API and CMS integrations. I build motion-driven interfaces, headless storefronts, and brand sites that help businesses show up online.

My background spans psychology and social work as much as it does code. Before development I spent years as a psychiatric rehabilitation coordinator in Baltimore — working with people where they are, sitting in hard rooms, helping them figure out what they needed. But programming came first — it was my major in high school, then junior college. So this was less a career change than a return to something that was always there.

Outside of client work I'm still always building something — video, motion experiments, pulling apart the sites I admire to see how they did it. Same itch I've had since I was a kid with Legos: from bricks to code, the dopamine of turning an idea into something real never changed.

Away from the screen, I'm usually outdoors — hiking, indoor rock climbing, or out on a trail with my dog.
